About The Position

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team in a biotech environment. This role partners closely with Category Leaders and Category Managers to execute sourcing initiatives, manage contract workflows, and support procurement operations across multiple enterprise spend areas. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong experience with ERP systems, contract coordination, and vendor management.

Requirements

5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
ERP system experience required (SAP preferred)
Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes
Strong SOW and contract workflow coordination experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
Ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams
High attention to detail and compliance awareness (GMP/GxP preferred)

Agiloft or other CLM tools (Icertis, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
Vendor risk management platforms
Accrual and forecasting processes
Category-based sourcing models
Supplier scorecards and supplier performance management

Responsibilities

Support end‑to‑end SOW, budget, and contract development workflows
Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders within ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Coordinate contract reviews through CLM tools (Agiloft preferred)
Partner with Legal and Business Owners to ensure contract alignment
Support RFI/RFP processes, including vendor communications and bid analysis
Assist with vendor evaluations and supplier meetings
Manage vendor accruals, budget tracking, and forecasting
Resolve AP and receiving discrepancies
Support category initiatives and cross‑functional procurement projects
