About The Position

The Product Control Analyst – Asset Management plays a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and improving the lifecycle of KEYENCE demonstration and company assets. This role ensures asset availability, drives process improvement, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and track company and demonstration assets, including inventory maintenance, reassignment, and daily order management.
Lead companywide Asset Inventory Review and drive process improvements, SOP updates, and operational efficiencies.
Coordinate asset logistics—purchasing, scheduling transportation, collaborating with Marketing, and supporting new hire training needs.
Train internal teams on asset-related processes and audit workflows, communicating findings, KPIs, and issues to management.
Review customer and internal orders, release to fulfillment, and communicate delays to Customer Service as needed.
Analyze usage history, recommend inventory level adjustments, and generate reports as required.
