We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive the design, development, testing, and launch of new products from concept through commercialization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Product Development, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in product design, development, or engineering (adjustable).
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Inventor).
  • Experience with prototyping, testing methodologies, and design controls.
  • Skilled in analyzing test data using Python, MATLAB, Excel, or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development activities from concept, prototyping, and validation through production launch.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and technical requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Utilize calculations of mechanical systems to design products to meet critical specifications
  • Develop and execute test plans, including design verification and validation.
  • Manage design documentation, including drawings, models, BOMs, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure products are optimized for scalability, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product or manufacturing issues.
  • Evaluate new materials, technologies, and suppliers to support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
