Job Overview The Product Manager will set strategic pricing and floor pricing targets and work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This role is responsible for defining the product mix by partnering with the Marketing Manager. The Product Manager will be comfortable solving ambiguous problems using both quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing information to deliver key insights to leadership. This position requires multi-departmental interface to marketing, sales, customer service, branch operations, manufacturing and procurement. Key functional requirements will be to utilize industry trend information to develop demand models in extrapolating potential and projected sales, lead the product family and/or corporate-wide Commercialization process, chair the Product Review Meeting as part of the Sales & Operations Planning process, manage key Sales & Marketing performance indicators including sales funnel measures, commercialization stage gate metrics, project delivery statistics, and participate actively in the overall Sales & Operations Planning process.
