About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for Klaviyo’s Mobile Push capabilities. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to expand our SDK functionality, improve scalability and reliability, and enhance the overall customer experience. Mobile engagement is a critical channel for modern brands. As Klaviyo continues to invest in Mobile Push and expand upmarket, this role offers the opportunity to shape advanced capabilities that power large-scale, sophisticated customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobile, SDK, or platform products.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or Android native development environments (Swift and/or Kotlin strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, SDK integrations, and push notification ecosystems.
  • Experience working on technically complex products in close partnership with engineering.
  • Comfortable navigating backend systems, APIs, and developer tooling.
  • Data-driven and analytical — you use product telemetry and customer insights to inform decisions.
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical depth into clear customer and business impact.
  • Curious and growth-oriented, excited to continue learning and expanding your scope.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute on the roadmap for Mobile Push across iOS and Android.
  • Partner with engineering to evolve Klaviyo’s mobile SDKs with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Improve developer experience through thoughtful SDK design, documentation, and tooling enhancements.
  • Balance marketer-facing functionality (campaign setup, segmentation, analytics) with developer-facing requirements.
  • Support enterprise expansion by building capabilities that address scale, compliance, and organizational complexity.
  • Define and track success metrics across adoption, engagement, deliverability, and system reliability.
  • Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and adoption in the market.
