About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of a critical product area — supplier integrations and communication flows — and help us make them scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. You will own a product area that sits at the intersection of external integrations, internal systems, and user experience. PunchOut & Supplier Integrations Own the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier integrations — from discovery to launch and ongoing support Build and maintain relationships with external supplier representatives (both technical and business) Proactively drive integrations forward: follow-ups, coordination, troubleshooting Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding supplier integrations Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams Translate business needs into clear technical requirements Supplier Management Own and evolve supplier-related functionality in the product Improve supplier onboarding and management flows Ensure data consistency, scalability, and usability of supplier features Email Notifications Own the notification system (triggers, logic, templates, delivery) Improve clarity, relevance, and timing of notifications Optimize user engagement and reduce notification fatigue

Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English level B2+ (both written and spoken)
  • Solid understanding of APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)
  • Strong product thinking and ownership mindset
  • Experience building and driving a product roadmap
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable working closely with technical teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with third-party integrations (PM, BA, or technical role)
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end
  • Background in SaaS / API-driven products
  • Experience with notification systems or communication tools
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (API logs, requests, responses)
