About The Position

The Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for ensuring a product’s value and viability within a product line. This role leads empowered, cross-functional product teams to solve moderately complex customer problems aligned with high-value business needs. The Product Manager is accountable for the product’s success from vision through execution, collaborating closely with business, engineering, experience, and delivery teams to deliver solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in lean product management or related roles
  • 3+ years of enterprise-scale experience across multiple business areas
  • Experience working as a Product Manager for Enterprise Applications and AI Applications

Responsibilities

  • Own and be accountable for the product’s value, viability, and profit & loss (P&L)
  • Define, track, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for identified problems to solve
  • Drive strategy-aligned solutions to meet product P&L objectives
  • Measure KPIs, analyze outcomes, and use insights to inform future strategies
  • Co-create, own, and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Align product objectives with product line and broader business goals
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering, experience, and delivery teams
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis
  • Engage teams with users and stakeholders through continuous discovery and direct interaction
  • Guide teams toward solutions addressing priority user and business needs
  • Apply strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data
  • Use innovative and experimental approaches to solve complex problems
  • Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI outcomes
  • Promote a product operating model focused on outcomes over output
