About The Position

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to operationalize go-to-market strategy and drive disciplined launch execution across our solution portfolio and partner ecosystem. Partnering closely with vertical PMMs, Product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate portfolio strategy and positioning into structured launch plans, field-ready messaging, and measurable business impact. This role focuses on execution excellence, messaging activation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure new capabilities and partner-integrated solutions are brought to market with clarity, consistency, and readiness.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or cross-functional go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience driving operational execution of complex, cross-functional product or partner-integrated launches.
  • Strong ability to translate defined positioning and product capabilities into clear, field-ready messaging and enablement assets.
  • Highly organized with proven project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort tracking performance and optimizing execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clarity across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, feature releases, packaging updates, and integrated solutions, managing launch plans, timelines, readiness milestones, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Operationalize partner and integration launches, ensuring alignment with partner tiering, positioning standards, and co-marketing strategies while maintaining clear launch documentation and communicating risks, dependencies, and status.
  • Activate messaging and positioning, translating strategic narratives into field-ready solution stories, launch kits, sales assets, and outbound messaging aligned to portfolio positioning and target audiences.
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams by developing launch materials, delivering training in partnership with Sales Enablement, and ensuring teams are equipped to support acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Track launch performance and drive continuous improvement, monitoring KPIs such as pipeline contribution, adoption, and asset utilization, gathering field feedback, and refining launch frameworks, messaging, and workflows.
