As a Product Marketer, you’ll join a high impact cross-functional marketing team to craft messaging and positioning that communicates the value of our services in differentiated ways across enterprise buying verticals. This role requires an action-oriented, organized, creative, and resourceful individual that can lead discovery with GTM teams to create compelling value props and client-facing messaging, in addition to bringing back needed market insight to continuously advance innovation and product-market fit. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution and thrives in a highly cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years B2B marketing experience; preferably with 3+ years in healthcare/benefits
  • Demonstrated experience developing differentiated messaging and positioning for health benefits across multiple buying verticals.
  • Demonstrated experience defining, facilitating and tracking marketing program launch projects from brief to execution across functions and multiple contributors.
  • Strength and interest in direct content creation; this is an individual contributor role that will be empowered to create and own compelling presentations and other assets to enable the marketing and sales lifecycle (light graphic design skills a plus).
  • Cross-functional relationship builder and communicator who leads with curiosity and embraces a voice of the customer mindset.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and advancing family forming and/or women’s health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Product Messaging & Positioning Develop and maintain core product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for maternity and women’s health services within a multi-product platform sold to enterprise customers.
  • Continuously research and identify storylines from complex product and clinical capabilities and market research to support content calendars.
  • Partner with member marketing to ensure member value propositions are consistent and clear to drive member adoption and support B2B2C goal alignment.
  • Partner with product to stay closely aligned to roadmap updates, enhancements, and market feedback to drive clear and compelling internal and external communication.
  • Sales Enablement & Content Execution Create and maintain high-impact sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, proposal templates, videos, and other creative content solutions.
  • Own market-facing product descriptions, templates, and content repositories (e.g., Loopio) to improve consistency and sales effectiveness.
  • Support internal enablement and training materials to help market-facing teams confidently tell the product story.
  • Go-to-Market & Launch Support Support new product and enhancement launches, including messaging development, launch assets, and field readiness material in partnership with product and commercial teams.
  • Partner across marketing and communications to contribute product expertise to campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure messaging and content align to demand generation and pipeline progression goals.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence Conduct ongoing competitive research and market analysis to inform positioning, sales conversations, and content updates.
  • Translate competitive insights into actionable outputs such as battlecards, sales guidance, and deal-support materials.
  • Bring a strong voice-of-the-customer mindset into messaging and go-to-market discussions.
