General Position SummaryAs the Product Operations Manager, you will work in partnership with the District Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our merchandise department. You are responsible for executing the store’s product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. You manage all back of house (BOH) operations and ensure that the floor and BOH are well stocked and organized to support sell through. You support the VM Manager in merchandising processes from planning through execution to meet company expectations, KPIs, and timelines. In this role, you help foster a fun, inclusive, and collaborative environment while delivering exceptional customer service through product management and deep expertise in Lids’ offerings.
