Requirements

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus—but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team 🤝
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company 📈
• Ability to stand for most of the shift
• Frequent use of hands for assembly tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Repetitive motion and manual dexterity required

• Assemble windows and doors using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Follow clear work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams 📐
