MI Windows and Doors is looking for a Production Assembler to join our Night Shift team in Flower Mound, TX Compensation Range starts at $20.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle assembly tools safely.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Assemble door components following detailed specifications and production guidelines.
Operate and maintain tools and machinery required for assembly.
Inspect assembled doors for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.
