About The Position

Fresh Roasted Coffee is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing coffee production team. In this role, you will assist with daily coffee production and manufacturing operations to support efficient workflow on the production floor
This is a hands-on production role that keeps you active throughout the day and plays a key part in delivering high-quality coffee to customers across the country.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or order fulfillment preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing customer orders
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Interest in coffee and pride in producing quality products

Responsibilities

• Assist production operators with daily coffee manufacturing activities to keep production running efficiently
• Label finished products and prepare boxes for shipment according to company standards
• Pack customer parcel orders accurately and ensure products are properly prepared for shipping
• Stack finished products on pallets and prepare pallets for distribution
• Support multiple areas of the production floor as needed, including packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the facility
• Assist with moving materials, products, and supplies within the production and shipping areas
• Follow all company quality standards and food safety procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure orders are completed on time
