About The Position

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level Ito join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Strengthening a safe workplace by recognizing hazards, stopping work when necessary, and consistently following all HSE standards and protective equipment requirements. Supporting a culture of environmental responsibility by understanding how daily tasks affect the environment and taking action to reduce negative impacts. Protecting product quality by following standard work, performing inspections, and quickly escalating issues that could affect cost, performance, or customer satisfaction. Preventing defects from reaching customers by identifying, containing, and addressing nonconforming materials during production. Delivering reliable output by operating manual and automated equipment to meet engineering standards, cycle times, and customer expectations. Keeping operations running smoothly through routine housekeeping, machine cleaning, and planned operator care tasks that maintain equipment health. Contributing to team efficiency by communicating clearly, collaborating with peers and support staff, and helping identify equipment that needs repair. Growing your capability and the team’s performance by completing required training and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts across safety, quality, and workflow.
