About The Position
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you will help maintain a safe working environment. Promote Health: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures that health and safety standards are upheld. Maintain Quality: Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures helps minimize costs and quality exposures. Achieve Production Goals: Operating manual and automated equipment efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations. Support Teamwork: Communicating effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow. Environmental Responsibility: Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment. Continuous Improvement: Engaging in training and personal development to stay aligned with business requirements and improve your skills. Housekeeping and Maintenance: Keeping your work area clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and identifying equipment needing repair.
