About The Position

The Production Lead oversees daily production operations, supervises technicians and assembly staff, and ensures lighting products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a production lead or supervisory role in manufacturing or assembly.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic software tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly, paint, fabrication, and machine department operations.
• Lead the production team to meet daily and weekly output goals.
• Oversee assembly and manufacturing of lighting products.
• Manage production schedules, materials, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain quality control.
• Train staff on safety, equipment, and best practices.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and logistics teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory tracking and production reporting.
