About The Position

The production Lead will oversee the production line to ensure Quality and Efficiency is maintained. Works directly with supervisor and Manager to fulfill daily quotas and prepare for upcoming production runs. The production Lead will assist in the training of production team members. Will assist the Supervisor in leading a group of peers in the coordination of work which may include gathering materials, production functions, and training/mentoring. 3 Traits to be Successful - 1. Requirements

Minimum of two years of related experience.
Must know at least two production lines.
An organized thought process with high attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate results, effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company with integrity
Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math
Embraces personal challenge
High levels of motivation, optimism, and action orientated
Work independently, reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

They motivate members of the team to harness their potential and work harder for the execution of their assigned tasks
Assigning tasks to team members and giving them specific directions and procedures to follow
Monitor team members in the course of their work and ensure that they comply with the standards of operations obtainable in the establishment.
Responsible for providing leadership for the team involved in manufacturing
Responsible for guiding the team in ensuring production efficiency and quality
Exhibits great leadership skills by showcasing knowledge and skills to the team members, giving them direction to go about their tasks and duties on the job.
Recognizes the contribution of every team member and encourages them to work together, sharing ideas and maintaining good relationships in the execution of production tasks.
Places the safety of the team members in high esteem and educates them on safety tips and procedures to adhere to during the manufacturing process.
Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities
Responsible for training of team on products and processes within the local team

Provide product expertise within the team, and respond to team questions
