Requirements

Ability to understand, monitor, and regulate integrated production and packaging equipment
Ability to lift and handle materials weighing between 20 and 50 lbs
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Attention to detail
Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Operate automated and manual packaging equipment
Load and unload pallets for shipping using forklifts
Assist with forklift operations (training provided)
Perform equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance checks
Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE
Work a schedule that starts Sunday evening and ends Thursday evening; overtime may be required based on production needs
Work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate interest in long-term employment
Perform additional duties as required based on team needs
Climb 20–30 feet using provided safety equipment
Demonstrate proactive and problem-solving qualities in plant operations
