About The Position

In this role you'll make an impact by: Liaising between Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Planning, and global functions to efficiently make and release compliant, quality product Managing and improving new and existing bacterial cultures, formulations, technology, and production processes using tools like systematic problem-solving Supporting the validation of processes and equipment including writing protocols, executing testing, and completing reports To succeed you must hold:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, such as a microbiology, food science, or engineering, and one to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food or biotech preferred)
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Basic understanding of process flow diagrams, automation interfaces, and technical literature
Basic knowledge of microbiology and product application to disposition products from test results
Basic knowledge in production systems (e.g., SAP, LIMS, Business Objects/Informatics, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management, systematic problem solving, or LEAN/Six Sigma principles a plus
