Requirements

  • Preferred Technical Associate’s degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Required minimum of 1-2 years related experience working in manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possession of good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform independent project work requiring analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Team Lead experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily direction and scheduling of production
  • Leading and participating in tiered meetings
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events in the factory
  • Works on problems of unusual complexity under minimal supervision
  • Recommend practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in highly complex processes which are non-routine, non-repetitive, multiple process with limited documentation, difficult rework, etc., of a particular line or product.
  • Provide training to lesser experienced personnel.
  • Use FBS processes daily to promote continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
