About The Position

Leadership: Provide direct supervision to Machine Operators, ensuring their training, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring their training, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring adherence to AMMEGA policies and procedures. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address performance issues as needed. Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration Execution: Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently based on customer orders and production plans. Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Quality: Ensure production outcome is produce in conformance to customer specifications. Safety: Conduct safety inspections of the work area and equipment Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Participate in the SQDIP meetings, Gemba walks, and similar initiatives Physical demands: May require lifting, pushing, or pulling up to a maximum weight according to local law Frequent standing and walking
