Job Summary This role supports DSM and commercial efficiency programs by recruiting, educating, and engaging trade allies (private contractors) in the assigned territory. Candidate promotes program products and services through contractor/vendor channels, communicates program updates, gathers feedback to measure market impact, and resolves trade ally and customer questions effectively and efficiently. This position can be hired at either the career or senior level of the Trade Ally Outreach Representative classification. The candidate is expected to works independently with minimal supervision, applying strong technical and program knowledge to identify issues, develop solutions, and support business energy goals. Builds and maintains vendor relationships, connects trade allies to Duke Energy products and services, and drives ongoing cross-sell opportunities as new offerings become available.
