Serve as a liaison between programs and corporate functions (finance, HR, contracts, security, IT) Route and track administrative requests to ensure timely resolution Coordinate meetings, calendars, and action items for leadership and program activities Serve as an administrative point of contact for employee timekeeping procedures and systems Monitor timesheet submission and approval status and issue reminders in accordance with corporate policy Support travel authorization requests in accordance with corporate policy and contract requirements Support administrative compliance with corporate policies and Government contracting requirements
