Requirements

  • 0-2 years' experience providing administrative support
  • B.S or B.A. or equivalent business certification, training or documented/demonstrated work experience
  • Project Analysis certifications, training and/or demonstrated experience
  • Experience assessing the potential financial impact of a project to the Company
  • Experience reviewing complex problems and proposing innovative solutions
  • Experience with verbal and written communication, presentations, and reporting
  • Strong research and analytical abilities and experience

Responsibilities

  • You’ll provide direct user support in various administrative task assignments or support activities, under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, Project Manager, or Team Lead.
  • You’ll execute documentation requirements, meeting minutes, meeting planning and coordination support
  • You’ll process mail, time keeping, and provide general office support to existing staff and ongoing duties.
  • You’ll deliver direct client support of copy, print, bill management assistance, meeting minutes and updates.
  • You’ll provide office and team support as required.
  • You’ll manage meeting planning and documentation activities.
