About The Position

Pearl River Technologies is looking for a full-time Program Assistant to support the Flight Dynamic Support Services III (FDSS-III) Contract at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The Program Assistant will play a crucial role in the FDSS-III Program Management Office (PMO). This individual will be responsible for tracking and reporting on program training, equipment, safety and health incidents, quality metrics, and other relevant data. The Program Assistant will also collaborate with PMO team members and program personnel at all levels of the organization to ensure consistent tracking and reporting across the contract. Specific areas of support will include: Property (Government and Contractor Furnished Equipment) Tracking and Reporting: Maintain the Master Inventory List (MIL) for government equipment managed and tracked under the FDSS-III contract. Partner with the QA Lead to track and submit quarterly property reports for quarterly audits. Partner with the Business Manager and QA Lead, and provide the annual property reports required for the contract’s 1018 certification Provide other (out-of-cycle) property reports as requested. Document Tracking and Reporting: Maintain the Master Control Document List (MCDL) for the FDSS-III program. Partner with the Project/Task Order Leaders to provide document number tracking via the Master Control Document List (MCDL). Assign, log, track, and manage Document Control Numbers (DCNs). Training Tracking and Reporting: Track and report training metrics for required NASA (SATERN) and program-related training, in coordination with the Program Control Specialist. Safety and Health (S&H) Tracking and Reporting: Partner with the S&H Lead to track and report monthly and annual program S&H metrics. Risk/CAPA Tracking and Reporting: Track and report stale and stagnant risks and non-conformance (CAPA) tickets, in coordination with the QA Lead.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Orientation for Success: Strong collaboration skills and team orientation skills.
  • Associate's degree or 2+ years of college coursework.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • US citizenship required

Responsibilities
