About The Position

Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Program Support Assistant in Washington, D.C. for the Amentum Program Management Office (PMO). This position will be responsible for providing support to the ICITAP and OPDAT programs PMO Operations team, including the Regional Administrators and PMO management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive project coordination experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to regional operations team with projects and programs, especially with seeking and obtaining data
  • Assist in tracking financial and programmatic information, and developing segments of program budgets
  • Assists in the day-to-day management of the corporate P-Card program, including supporting cardholder onboarding, assisting with reconciliations, responding to routine inquiries, documentation collection and reviewing transactions for completeness and policy alignment.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports and written materials
  • Assist with preparation of reports and briefings
  • Assist with project coordination, to include assisting with conferences and study tours, coordination of travel, procurements of materials and services, and coordinating logistical support
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous process improvement among team, providing resources and collaborating to implement processes that are streamlined and compliant
  • Prepares and provides high-quality reports to program team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, professionally greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and managing general email inboxes as needed.
  • Coordinate visitor access, maintain sign-in procedures, and support a secure, welcoming office environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Support overall office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating equipment needs, and liaising with facilities or building management as required.
  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and ensuring meeting spaces are properly prepared.
  • Assist PMO leadership with administrative coordination related to office and programmatic policies, procedures, and day-to-day operational needs.
