The Raytheon Finance Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) organization has an immediate need for a motivated and experienced individual to join the APS RFS (Radio Frequency Solutions) team as an OSC, Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst (P2). In this role, the candidate will work with a team of finance analysts, executing all aspects of the weekly, monthly, quarterly analysis processes (EACs, EVMS, etc).

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience using SAP business systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using PRISM EV (Preferred)
  • Experience with generating EACs.
  • Interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and execution
  • Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries to customer, organization, and peers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and accurately analyze data
  • Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs.
  • Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance.
  • Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts.
  • Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor.
  • Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects.
  • Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well.
