The Program Delivery Engineer role is an ambitious, high visibility opportunity that requires the right skill mix to collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and solve issues and to deliver programs. The perfect candidate will seamlessly manage 10+ vehicle attributes and be the single point of contact to the Vehicle Engineering Manager, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring others
  • 1+ years of experience with AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize, frame, and communicate program status to senior management to enable swift decisions
  • Runs department Program Attribute Team Meetings to communicate timing, program assumptions, develop milestone evidence
  • Evaluate program deliverables with respect to our requirements
  • Leads milestone discussions to the department and to the Program
  • Leads cross-functional trade-off discussions both across the department and with external Ford partners
  • Leads department prototype plan by optimizing test days, including system entry, and managing the plan
  • Interfaces with the Feature Teams and communicates software status to our attributes
  • Single Point of Contact to program Vehicle Engineering Managers, providing a single voice of attribute status
  • Supports Program Meetings, including Vehicle Program Attribute Team Reviews
  • Ensures requirement system is populated by the attributes
  • Leads the Experiential Review input to Vehicle Integration for the department
