Synthesize, frame, and communicate program status to senior management to enable swift decisions Runs department Program Attribute Team Meetings to communicate timing, program assumptions, develop milestone evidence Evaluate program deliverables with respect to our requirements Leads milestone discussions to the department and to the Program Leads cross-functional trade-off discussions both across the department and with external Ford partners Leads department prototype plan by optimizing test days, including system entry, and managing the plan Interfaces with the Feature Teams and communicates software status to our attributes Single Point of Contact to program Vehicle Engineering Managers, providing a single voice of attribute status Supports Program Meetings, including Vehicle Program Attribute Team Reviews Ensures requirement system is populated by the attributes Leads the Experiential Review input to Vehicle Integration for the department Established and active employee resource groups
