Program Director - ARF Administrator Program/Location: CCF Group Home; Northridge, CA Population: Adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges Pay: Annual $70,304 salary-exempt Schedule: Mon-Fri daytime hours + On-call 24/7; full-time 40 hours/week SUMMARY Position Type: Full-time, exempt, salaried supervisor role. Scope of Role: Responsible for managing the services delivered to a designated program or set of programs, and the operation of programs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two to three years of related experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting required
  • One year or more in a supervisory role (supervising staff)
  • Current/valid CA driver's license in good standing; must have at least one year of history as a licensed driver in any US state
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with proof of valid CA registration and insurance
  • DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications

  • Current ARF Administrator certification for CCF home

Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Recruitment & Hiring, Meetings & Training, Employee Scheduling, Performance Evaluation, Coaching, Discipline and Termination, Employee Safety
  • Program Management: Program Planning, Records, Program Team Meetings, Compliance, Management of Individuals’ Assets, Program Stakeholder Relations, Government Relations, Incidents
  • Health Care (for individuals served): Appointments, Medications, Medical Supplies and Equipment, Dietary planning
  • Financial Management: Purchasing, Billing and utilization
  • Growth
  • Census Management: Census Performance, Referrals, Placements
  • Maintenance - Address and implement planning for: Vehicles, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Repair
  • Performs other duties and activities as required, including backfilling roles under your supervision.
  • Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed.
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.
  • Manages the Direct Support Professionals, Program Supervisors and other direct or indirect staff members of the program.
  • Completes performance evaluations, orientation, and training.
  • Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.
  • Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.
