Requirements

• Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or relatable field of study is preferred but not required.
• At least 1-year full time, direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities but not required.
• Be a Road Warrier, as you will oversee homes in the Columbus area as well as other areas of Ohio doing monthly visits to Shared living sites and In home sites.
• Demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible and flexible.
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Milage reimbursement.
• Comfortable going into family homes
