About The Position

We’re excited to share an opportunity to join the Cultural Care Program Education team as a Program Education Consultant reporting to the Director of Sales. In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on managing your own pipeline from lead to match, as well as contributing directly to team goals through strong sales execution and exceptional customer experience. As a Program Education Consultant, you’ll model effective pipeline management, maintain a high level of sales discipline, and help drive new host family matches toward our FY26 goals. Your work will directly influence our growth and the experience of families joining our program. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales track record who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by achieving ambitious individual goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or matching experience with a strong performance track record.
  • Strong sales acumen and a data‑driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and hit goals consistently, especially during busier times.
  • Strong communication skills and ease working cross‑functionally.
  • Solution‑oriented mindset with resiliency through challenges.
  • Passionate about delivering a high‑quality host family experience.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed targets for: Total new host family matches, Lead → Matching conversion rate, Matching → Matched conversion rate
  • Maintain timely and strategically effective follow‑through on all leads and matching host families.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
  • Share insights, trends, and best practices to support overall team success.
  • Collaborate with your Program Education Director, Team Lead, and peers to address challenges and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
