About The Position

This position is available to be filled at any Huntington Bank Corporate office location. Summary: The Program Execution Manager Senior leads the more complex Physical Channels projects to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of related experience managing and executing large-scale strategic initiatives, preferably in banking or retail stores

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Physical Channels (Branch and ATM) programs, including the Branch Refresh and ATM Refresh initiatives
• Provide transparency on project status to others on the Physical Channels team and to cross-functional partners
• Define and drive the strategy and vision of projects and partnership-based initiatives
• Manage day-to-day project management activities, including P&L and KPI management, pricing, and change management
• Obtain partner alignment and necessary approvals, including Brand Marketing, Construction, Design, Branch Operations, and others
• Develop project plans and manage projects with aggressive time frames to meet goals, budgets, and deadlines
• Partner with vendor partners, branch teams, and other partners to determine project requirements and solutions
• Develop and oversee change management initiatives related to the project
• Perform other duties as assigned
