About The Position

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator (PI) for Joint Tactical Autonomous Aerial Resupply System (JTAARS), with experience in managing cost, schedule, performance and risk planning for the UAS platform. The JTAARS PI supports the JTAARS Assistant Program Manager (APM) in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk planning for the program. Ensures coordination across business, technical, and logistics functions while engaging with external organizations, including users, requirements stakeholders, and the Army Contracting Command (ACC). Facilitating efforts related to the Defense Acquisition System (DAS), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), supportability, and sustainment. Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring program milestones, and ensuring alignment with overarching objectives. Prepares and maintains program documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and performance reports, while providing regular updates to leadership. Occasional travel is required to support program activities and stakeholder engagements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in program management, acquisition, or logistics within a defense or government environment are required.
  • Experience working within the Army Aviation acquisition process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the PI must effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer focused and capable of representing the customer in community forums.
  • Active Secret clearance
