Job Responsibilities: Our plant is executing a comprehensive, digital transformation initiative focused on automation, data integration, and technology-enabled operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead this roadmap while also supporting new business acquisition by ensuring our digital capabilities, processes, and systems are aligned with customer expectations and emerging market requirements. This role ensures current transformation efforts strengthen the plant's competitiveness, quality performance, and readiness for future launches. The Program Manager partners closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, Commercial, and external customers to position the plant as a digitally advanced, scalable, and reliable manufacturing site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
  • Understanding of automation systems, data collection, digital tools, Industry 4.0 concepts, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience supporting business development, customer expectations, plant capability presentations, or technical assessments.
  • Strong project management skills; PMP or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development & execution of the digital transformation roadmap, including automation upgrades, digitization initiatives, MES enhancements, and data transparency improvements.
  • Translate strategic priorities into detail project plans with clear milestones, KPIs, budgets, capital planning, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Oversee governance, stage-gate reviews, risk logs, and program reporting.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors, automation integrators, and consulting partners.
  • Evaluate the business impact of digital investments on cost, quality, efficiency, and launch readiness.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and regular updates for plant leadership and corporate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Program Management teams to ensure digital transformation capabilities strengthen customer proposals and RFQ responses for future business contracts.
