Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Community Engagement & Success, the Teen Expansion Program (TEP) Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties: Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct and supervise personnel, recreational programs, and services Ability to communicate effectively with young people from diverse backgrounds, ages 12-19 as well as a range of other organizational personnel in a courteous and professional manner Must be highly motivated and dedicated to the organizational mission Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
