About The Position

We have an opportunity for a Residential Program Manager who will lead four CRR Programs in the Philadelphia area! The Residential Program Manager is a hands‑on leader committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering home for every resident. This role calls for someone driven by purpose—someone ready to guide staff, uphold the highest standards of care, and ensure every individual has the structure, dignity, and opportunities they deserve.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a similar concentration
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years working in a residential setting
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, but flexible to the needs of the programs, able to assist in emergency situations
  • Case management experience
  • Ability to build relationships though community outreach and maintain program census
  • Experience completing assessments on referrals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motived and results driven

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting and hiring program staff
  • Attend and participate in all required meetings and committees
  • Comply with government regulations regarding confidentiality of resident records, documentation, and individual rights
  • Conduct the following meetings at program:                         - General staff meeting (monthly)                          -Individual supervision of program staff at least once a month
  • Implement policy and procedures in compliance with all external and internal policies, laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain program structure
  • Plan, direct, and manage the clinical and administrative coordination of all aspects of the program, its residents, and staff (including student interns)
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment
  • Assure all assessments are completed and filled in a timely manner
  • Ensure all staff compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Operate the program within the prescribed budget and maintain documentation of expenditures
  • Participate in CQI efforts
  • Participate in review and evaluation of program goals, activities, policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative on-call availability to staff/program 24hrs/day,7days/week, or make staff aware of designee
  • Report all problems, issues, and unusual incidents to appropriate parties in a timely Uphold the mission, values and accurate manner, in accordance with agency policies and procedures
  • Schedule staff development and staff training activities
  • Uphold the general standards of clinical/professional practice
  • Uphold the mission, values and Philosophy for service Agency
  • Work with HR department concerning employee hiring, discipline, and discharge
  • Ensure a meaningful and productive activity schedule for individuals to include skill training
