Position Function: Under the general administrative direction of the Director of Residential Services-Wichita Campus, the Program Manager, Assessment Services is responsible for the development, programming, maintenance, teaching, supervising and evaluation of the assessment services program. The Program Manager, Assessment Services ensures that the program effectively meets the treatment needs of each client, that staff are appropriately supervised and supported in delivering services, and that the goals regarding conduct and performance established by management are achieved and established personnel policies are implemented. The Program Manager, Assessment Services is sensitive to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and performs any other duties as directed by the Director of Residential Services -Wichita Campus.
