Oak Hill sets the standard, partnering with people with disabilities, to provide services and solutions promoting independence, education, health, and dignity. The Program Manager of Oak Hill’s Supported Living Arrangement (SLA) and Community Companion Home (CCH) programs works 40 hours/week; schedule Monday-Friday 8a-4p with flexibility required and provides leadership to staff and host families, ensures regulatory adherence, supports individuals in achieving meaningful community integration, and serves as a primary liaison with DDS and other state agencies
