The Program Manager provides expert, independent support to the Government (SIO) by evaluating program performance, advising on planning and execution, identifying risks and corrective actions, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant program documentation. This role leads and coordinates programmatic activities across mission partners and development contractors; contributes to governance by reviewing and improving policies and standards; and develops key business plans, schedules, and approval documentation. The Program Manager also delivers executive‑level facilities planning and full‑lifecycle operational oversight, offering strategic assessments, solutions, and guidance to ensure efficient, risk-aware operations that align with agency objectives.
