Description: We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with hands-on experience leading sophisticated programs and initiatives. This position is excellent for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about promoting processes and functions within the organization. This individual will partner with stakeholders, business leads and cross-functional teams to plan and implement product specific, and corporate wide initiatives to successful completion. Requirements

Outstanding interpersonal and communication (verbal/presentation/written) skills.
5-10 years of Project Management/Program Management required.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, in how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers.
Validated experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions.
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike.
Strong understanding of PM tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, Wrike

Responsibilities

In partnership with the leadership team, product marketing managers and line of business leads, support the vision, values, methods, and metrics for the program management team.
Lead regular prioritization sessions to ensure leadership is aligned and then prioritize according to what has been approved.
Identify and call out resourcing gaps with functional leaders
Provide and coordinate content for monthly and quarterly operational reviews.
Orchestrate and lead major launches on behalf of the organization.
Identify, develop and roll out new processes internally in coordination with the team.
Where applicable, identify new tools to automate or streamline processes.
