This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent initiatives within a Managed Services Program, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will act as the central point of accountability across project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and driving measurable outcomes. The position requires balancing competing priorities, providing clear status reporting, and maintaining alignment with business goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing complex deployments and integrations without performing hands-on technical work. The role offers exposure to executive leadership, opportunities to influence process improvements, and a collaborative environment where operational excellence and professional growth are highly valued.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in technology, SaaS, managed services, or operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with project and productivity tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% during peak periods.

  • PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for a portfolio of initiatives, including large, complex projects and smaller concurrent efforts.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource coordination to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, IT, Sales, Finance, and Managed Services to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide executive-ready project reporting, dashboards, and presentations highlighting progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Oversee technical aspects of initiatives, ensuring system deployments, configurations, migrations, and integrations meet defined requirements.
