About The Position

The Program Project Manager III is responsible for the overall planning, direction and success of the program, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activities and agency’s needs. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. Program managers are also responsible for the overall program definition, organization and direction of short- and long-range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, building and directing the technical approach and defining and negotiating with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the Program Project Manager. This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
  • Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in program/project management.
  • Current active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
  • Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMI Certification)
  • Experience in AV Management in government contracting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for execution of the SCAMPI System of Systems (SoS) support contract in close coordination with Government leadership.
  • Exercise full responsibility for contract performance, including cost, schedule, scope, risk, and resource management.
  • Serve as the principal contractor representative and trusted advisor to the Government Project Manager and COR.
  • Direct and integrate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors supporting engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and installation activities.
  • Establish and maintain program plans, performance metrics, and governance processes to ensure contractual compliance and mission success.
  • Lead risk management, issue resolution, and corrective action efforts; proactively identify and mitigate programmatic and technical risks.
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of all required program reports, briefings, and data calls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and executive-level quality.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security policies, and Government standards across all areas of performance.
  • Support strategic planning, continuous process improvement, and customer engagement activities in support of long-term program objectives.
  • Performs other related work as assigned.
