Plans, monitors and manages internal programs from initiation through completion | Leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Project Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field Uses advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work Leads others to solve complex problems Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations May lead functional teams or projects Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Contributes to the professional/technical direction and strategic decisions for own function Translates and implements functional policies and programs May have responsibility for own function at a site Has responsibility for the function and reports to the site/ SBU head (and/ or to a Home Office functional leader).

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Has P&L responsibilities for a specific program(s).
  • Oversees corporate program(s), typically consisting of multiple programs or sub-programs.
  • Establishes and implements program management strategies to ensure programs adhere to high quality standards and achieve business objectives.
  • Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.
  • Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
  • Liaise between functional departments, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and strategic plans are communicated.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
  • Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and presents updates to senior leadership
  • Indirectly lead the work of other employees and may also have responsibility for their personal and or career development.
