Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and government contracting.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
  • Experience pursuing new business and writing winning proposals for the FDA.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of government contracting and target agencies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals.
  • Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships in strategic Federal agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in building client relationships and capturing new business.
  • Extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development and a proven track record of winning opportunities with target agencies.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and excellent word enunciation skills, are required.

  • Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and two days working remotely.
