As a Project Controller in Engineering Services, you’ll provide solutions and services that help our customers protect and control critical electrical infrastructure and power systems worldwide. The Project Controller is a key member of the Project Management team and requires a variety of skills. Our typical projects can range from small, single deliverable projects to larger, multi-month or even multi-year projects. You will be involved from quoting to project close out. You will coordinate and track project activities between the Project Manager and the Engineering teams. Key duties include supporting quote preparation, schedule tracking, resource tracking, project finance, and technical deliverables. You will also engage with customer project managers, procurement, legal, and engineering team members. As a Project Controller, a typical day might include the following: Forecasting project resource workload and tracking deliverables Support development and negotiation of proposals and project cost estimates Plan and coordinate activities on multiple projects, with project team, customers and subcontractors. Order entry on new projects including entering schedules and resources Issue Purchase Orders and track deliveries of equipment Ensure invoices are issued per project billing schedules Reviewing project deadlines and finances Data analysis and metrics tracking Other duties as assigned.
