EPI Power is looking for an experienced Project Controls Engineer to be located on a project in Council Hill, OK! What You'll Do: Track and control project production rates by defining work breakdown structures (WBS), establishing production standards, measuring actual performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions to maintain productivity and schedule adherence. Prepare regular reports to communicate trends, progress, and improvement opportunities. Manage project controls functions including RFIs, submittals, change orders, commissioning tracking in Compass, and site logistics coordination to support efficient project execution. Support project planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, budget, schedule, milestones, and critical paths, while monitoring performance against established targets. Monitor and control project costs and schedules, identify risks and potential delays, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders through regular meetings, reporting, and performance updates. Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation standards are met by supporting quality control processes, maintaining accurate project documentation, and assisting with contract administration and compliance with contractual requirements.
