Requirements

  • TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience.
  • Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
  • Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.​

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager and deliverable tracking.
  • Provide technical meeting minutes, identify action items.
  • Prepare and compile technical briefs, track submission of deliverables, and monitor schedules.
  • Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with stakeholders, including government customers and vendor partners.
  • Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) and other vendor or partner engagements.
  • Assist with travel planning and coordination, labor forecasting, and requirements tracking.
  • Manage project files and folders on shared drives using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
