This position’s primary responsibilities include administrative, material orders, and customer service duties associated with commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) project coordination. This person will receive and process orders, proactively identify opportunities to improve our service and make recommendations accordingly. They are responsible for resolving product availability and order status issues and performing all related administrative duties related to ongoing HVAC installation projects, the post-sale coordination for material sales and service as well as commercial HVAC product delivery.
