Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experienced at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and staying detailed.
• Proficient with Microsoft office software and technology
• Valid driver’s license
• Successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with technical drawings, specifications, or municipal processes.
• Previous experience in engineering, construction, development, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project planning, execution, and administrative coordination across all phases of work.
• Assist with developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, timelines, and action items to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project documentation [RFPs, contracts, vendor information, compliance records, etc.]
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support workflow organization to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating materials, vendors, and approvals.
• Act as a liaison between departments, providing status updates, reports, and communication to managers and stakeholders.
